Duty & Responsibilities
- Support to ensure all team member work in safe and heathy environment by supporting and upholding all health and safety initiative and action plan.
- Support ensuring electrical installation and maintenance activities are executed and comply with STC and Local legal requirements.
- Responsible for the execution and quality of electrical maintenance work to be carried out on plant equipment, respecting budget, policies and deadline.
- Support ensure carryout proper daily, weekly, monthly, yearly works execution and necessary resources. Assign and review work to perform with the team leader and technician.
- Support to ensure completion of major operations within schedule (yearly shutdown).
- Support to ensure, upon completion of repairs, that equipment is in good operating condition, ready to meet operational requirements, fully inspected, tested, clean and safe.
- Provide reporting on repair jobs including consumption of materials, specific tools, man hours and skills, and feedback to plan.
- Take adequate actions when electrical incidents occur. (Root Cause Analysis)
- Provide supports in budget preparation.
- Supporting other department and daily operation issues.
- Support to promote the quality of the work, motivate his teammates, facilitate communication and relationships (regular department meetings, reports to the hierarchy).
- Ensure on-going skills enhancement of his team’s, helping the development and provide training plans.
- Keep himself informed of general plant practices so as to ensure “on-call” duty.
- Active participation on plant activities
Experience and Skill
- Industrial competencies: Hands-on experience of Cement plant electrical with experience in inspection activities & maintenance planning.
- Computer proficiencies: Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience: 2 years’ or more experience in a Cement Plant’s Electrical installation or Maintenance dealing with Electrical job.
- Language proficiency: English, Burmese (added advantage)

Qualification
- Electrical Engineering degree (EP, EC, MC)
