Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to Team Leader.
- Assist the Team Leader in scheduling, inspection and maintaining of the whole plant.
- Read blueprints and drawings, take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
- Responsible for both mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance issues around the plant.
- Overall accountability for the success of the Installation, commissioning and dismantling.
- Resolve any technical difficulties & other problems that may arise.
- Maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
- Responsible for maintenance and repair work for all of the batching plant.
- Supervise the fabrication of new installation work & modification of the batching plant steel structures.
- Responsible for jobs allocate, daily service report and review.
- Responsible for checking the repair & replacement of all plant machineries.
- Provide guideline for repair and replacement to installation workers.
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
- Responsible for summaries the report.
- Responsible to comply the ISO requirement.
- Responsible for implement safety policies and procedures for the department.
- Responsible for the job that is assigned by the top management.
