Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to After Sales Associate.
- Involve in Customer Feedback & Customer Satisfaction Survey Process
- Handle the customer complaint
- Visit to the customer site for Inspection (if needed)
- Investigate the root cause of customer complaints.
- Establishes, maintains and builds relations with customer.
- Coordinate with the other department to solve the customer complaints.
- Prepare the required documents & reports for the immediate superior.
- Keep all files, Documents & records in good order.
- Responsible to comply the QMS requirement.
- Responsible for the job that is assign by Management.
