Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to Administrative Associate.
- Order the printing of Requisition Orders or Delivery Orders and other office documents.
- Extend the license period for all vehicles.
- Make the settlement for monthly electricity charges, telephone bills and monthly fees for social security board.
- Collect & distribute all incoming and outgoing documents, as well as the postages.
- Check the work performance of office keepers.
- Prepare material requisition, keep and issue for all stationeries and other peripherals, systematically by the approval of Department Head.
- Assist Associate for other Administrative works.
- Keep all files, documents & records in good order.
- Responsible for the cleanliness all the relevant working area.
- Responsible to comply the QMS Requirement.
- Responsible for the job that is assigned by management.
Experience & Skill
- At least (3) months experience in administrative functions.
- Ability to communicate with all employees nicely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently to deadlines and under pressure.
- Willingness to accept responsibilities.
- Ability to travel to any project sites.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Communication skills.
Qualification
- University Degree
- Communicate in English. (Basic)
- Good Health & Active
