Duty & Responsibilities

1. Designing power plant equipment and layouts to maximize efficiency and meet safety standards.
2. Monitoring the operation of power generation equipment to ensure that it operates within the desired specifications.
3. Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of plant equipment to prevent failures and ensure maximum efficiency.
4. Implementing upgrades and modifications to existing systems to improve performance.
5. Coordinating with other technical staff and management to discuss and strategize plant operations.
6. Preparing reports on plant operations, and other performance metrics necessary for proper management and planning.
7. Replacing and repairing the equipment to stable operation & during a shutdown.
8. Showing mutual respect for co-worker.

Key Qualifications

1. AGTI, B-Tech, B.E (Mechanical & Mechatronics)
2. Teamwork
3. Reporting & Scheduling.
4. Strong verbal & written communication skills
5. Hard working
