Duties & Responsibilities

• Install Computers, IP Phones, Printers, Scanners, and Drivers
• Check and maintain computer, IT related peripherals and cable layout
• Perform physical cleanness and maintenance computer if needed
• Create Active Directory User and assign the permission
• Install Standard Software and solve software error
• Remove virus from computer and data storage device
• Install Network (Wireless and Cable) for new building
• Draw the network diagrams for Office and Plant Layout
• Monitor and check internet connection and fix the error if needed
• Monitor network clients to control internet bandwidth and assign policy if necessary
• Manage and monitor Room Door Assets Control System
• Install and maintain CCTV system for necessary offices and location
• Install the Skynet (DTH) and maintain free WIFI areas at the dormitory
• Settle the monthly bill for Skynet (DTH)
• Prepare and submit IT Monthly Report to the IT Manager
• Perform efficient IT support for Business operation and report to IT Manager

 Key Qualifications

• Degree in Computer University or Technological University
• Good understanding of Hardware, Software, Networking and IT Infrastructure
• Must have at least 2 year working Experience in ICT field
• Practical A+, Network Engineering, CCNA and MCSA Certificate are preferred

Other Qualifications

• Good communication skills and understanding of organization privacy and security policy
• Able to adapt new environment
• Able to travel if necessary
