Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe working environment to comply with all aspects of operational safety and procedures.
• Participating with ensuring that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Following the awareness of QMS and the internal audit process and contributing to achieving Departmental Quality Objective (KPI).
• Following the company policies and procedures properly
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly report to submit to immediate supervisor.
• Participating in budget preparation that is assigned by the immediate supervisor
• Checking with the Fixed Assets list and ground stock monthly.
• Performing the departmental daily operation job assign tasks effectively.
• Ensuring to maintain the document and filing systems are in good order.
• Collaborating with others to complete daily tasks and offer support to their team.

 Key Qualifications

• A.G.T.I, B-Tech (or) Diploma in a related field
• Minimum of 1year experience in related field
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & E-mail
