Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of new features, MIS and BI reports, bug fixes and upgrades on the Odoo ERP system
• Implement and provide required support for Odoo ERP system for the business operation
• Provide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders
• Develop technical documentations and user manuals of ERP system
• Meet with users and stakeholders to find out their ERP-related needs
• Facilitate the meetings to collect information and unite these disparate visions into a cohesive whole for the organization
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders, analyze the requirements, examine the current system to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses, identify the best approach, and deliver appropriate solutions
• Optimize the system for easy use, train employees in its functions, and organize to educate employees as efficiently as possible
• Perform day-to-day maintenance on the ERP system
• Deploy new features, enhance, fix and install new upgrades and test for bugs
• System configuration, data import/ export will be part of the job responsibilities as well

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science or relevant field
• Minimum 3 Year Experiences in ERP Odoo Application Development
• Technical/Coding Skills – Extensive knowledge of working experience in Python programming, Odoo Enterprise Edition customization, PostgreSQL DB and SQL queries
• Extensive knowledge of software and coding, and a readiness to learn new programs as they are introduced and incorporated
• Experience with analyzing complex issues and delivering appropriate solutions
• Teamwork, Leadership skills and Business political maturity
• Self-starter and effective team player, strong team facilitation skills
• Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and good presentation skills

• Willingness to work occasional extended hours
• Ability to travel, sometimes at short notice
